Nutcracker Community Cast Auditions
We are pleased to announce that The Allen Civic Ballet will hold auditions for its 2025 production of the “Nutcracker” ballet to be presented at the Performing Arts Center at Allen High School in December. This is a professional quality production with costumes, scenery, professional guest artists and a full, live orchestra.
Auditions will be held on August 23rd at:
The Allen Conservatory of Dance
602 E. Main St., Suite E

Who can Audition: Dancers ages 5 and up with all skill levels are encouraged to audition for roles in Party scene, Battle scene, Gingerbread chefs, Lambs, Cherubs, Waltz petals, and Russian.
Dancers Ages 5-8 1:00-2:30 pm
Dancers Ages 9+ 2:30-4:00 pm
Attire: All female dancers should arrive in a solid color leotard, tights, and ballet slippers and males in athletic shorts or ballet leggings and white t-shirt and dance shoes.
Audition Results: Dancers will be notified via email by August 28th of casting roles. Please refrain from calling or emailing the Allen Civic Ballet and Allen Conservatory of Dance regarding audition results.
